WELCOME

Welcome to Jaskulla Mentoring - an organisation that is here to guide children, parents, carers and professionals to discover their inner wisdom through compassion, safe connections and creativity. Taking the great teachings of emotions (all of them, no matter how difficult) to understand each individual's inner values, and helping them learn how to navigate these feelings safely.

Over the past 15 years I have been working with children, parents and professionals in mainstream and specialist settings in Oxfordshire, always focused on pupils with complex educational needs, communication difficulties and distress behaviours.

By helping them to be in charge of the reactions to their emotions, I have seen many children transform, reducing the risk of them being excluded from their educational setting. This has added to my passion for sharing my acquired knowledge and skills.

There is nothing more fulfilling than seeing children remembering that they are in fact children, finding their contagious giggle again, and seeing that inspiring spark back in their eyes.

WHAT WE DO

CONSULTING      INTERVENTIONS      COACHING

Early intervention is key to reducing the number of children being excluded from their educational settings. This is why we are particularly focused on early years and primary aged children.

We offer bespoke programs suited to each child's individual needs.

We also offer consultations for schools, intensive care packages and regular intervention to help children work through their difficulties and challenging behaviours, and guidance and coaching for parents and professionals.

TESTIMONIALS

"I just wanted to say before I go and before [the child] moves on, just how grateful I am that you joined the team. You have advocated, challenged, championed and cajoled [the child] along at every stage and without your resilience, I don't know where he would be!

I thought about you often when applying and interviewing for my new role. I know personally and professionally the difference you have made. I will be very proud if my new staff team share even half of your skills and strength.

Thank you!"
